Who am I?

Dr. Tara “Dr. T.” Consolino is a doctoral prepared, licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree prior to pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University and Doctor of Social Work from Tulane University.

Dr. Consolino is a licensed psychotherapist in Michigan with over twenty years of mental health experience. She works with teenagers and adults. She is trained in several evidence-based practices and enjoys working with individuals seeking care specific to depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, confidence, trauma and identity development.  She is a direct and acquired taste and enjoys working with all the rainbows of the world: shades of humans, spectrums of sexuality, and all forms of identity development. Dr. Consolino infuses humor in the work she does with individuals, and her goal is for individuals working with her to become the person they want to be. She is confident that by working together, you can create the life you were meant to live.
